Merch stores on OBPrint

Say yes to every merch store.

Schools want spirit shops. Companies want company stores. Every one of them used to mean a spreadsheet and six weeks of "did you get my size?" Now it's a link. They order and pay. Your board gets clean sales orders and production jobs. You just print.

The old way

Merch programs die in a group text.

Every program starts the same way: one excited customer, one order form, and a slow slide into size-chart chaos.

By hand

How it runs today

  • Paper order forms and a photo of a size chart
  • A spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every season
  • Payment chasing across three apps
  • Sizes collated by hand, so one bad row reprints the run

On OBPrint

How it should run

  • A store link collects orders and payment directly
  • Sizes, colors, and personalization come in clean
  • Every order becomes a sales order and a production job
  • Packing slips and size matrices print when the window closes

How it works

From link to floor in four steps

The store does the collecting. The system does the paperwork. Your floor does what it already does, with cleaner orders.

  1. Build the store

Pull products from S&S and SanMar catalogs or your own blanks. Prices come from your decoration rules. Set the store slug and a selling window, then walk the draft preview before anyone sees it.

  2. Send the link

Guests shop without accounts. Generate the promo flyer, send the bulk email, or gate a company store behind an access code. Coupons are there when the program needs a push.

  3. Orders become real work

Checkout runs on your Stripe or Square. Each order lands as a sales order with a production job on the board. Art, sizes, and decoration travel with the job, so nobody retypes a thing.

  4. Close it out like a pro

The window closes on schedule or on your call. Print packing slips, size matrices, and personalization sheets. Sort bulk delivery by classroom or team and hand out boxes instead of chaos.

Everything included

What the program needs is already here

Merch store depth is not an add-on you bolt on later. Selling windows, distribution, and reports ship with the store.

Selling windows

Orders stack until you close the store, with a countdown on the storefront. Recurring schedules batch the current run and open the next without taking the store offline.

Guest checkout

No accounts, no passwords. Customers order on the public link. Company stores can require an access code.

Fundraiser goal bar

Show progress right on the storefront. Supporters watch dollars raised climb, and the rebate report prints at close.

Real production orders

Every checkout becomes a sales order and a production job. Decoration and pricing follow the rules already in your shop settings.

Distribution built in

Bulk delivery stores sort by classroom, team, or group. Handout day becomes a checklist.

Coupons and custom fields

Store coupons for deadline pushes. Checkout fields collect names, numbers, and personalization cleanly.

Your processor, your tax rules

Checkout runs on your own Stripe or Square, set per store. Sales tax toggles per store too.

Mockups on every product

Generated in bulk so every item looks shelf-ready. No blank gray rectangles doing the selling.

School spirit shops

Spirit wear season without the paper order forms.

Classroom distribution, a fundraiser goal bar, and size matrices at close. Parents order on the link. You hand out sorted boxes and start the next window when you feel like it.

Who runs stores on OBPrint

Built for the programs you already print

Same store engine, different paperwork to kill.

Schools and fundraisers

Classroom distribution, goal bars, and rebate reports. Parents order on the link. You deliver sorted boxes with a size matrix instead of guessing.

Company stores

Access-gated stores with approved products only. New hires order in a window or anytime. Per-order shipping rules keep the invoice clean.

Teams and gyms

Roster windows that close before the season. Names, numbers, and sizes come in structured. One production run instead of forty group texts.

Agencies and brands

Run client stores under your pricing. Mockups sell the program up front, and the exports keep the client report polished at the end.

Your accounts, your money

Connects with the stack you already have

S&S ActivewearSanMarPromoStandardsStripeSquare

You connect your own supplier accounts and your own payment processor. Orders are yours, the customer relationship is yours, and OBPrint never takes a cut of a sale.
